How to submit an application to the Miners' Register
Preparation
Before submitting the application, you must obtain a qualified electronic signature (QES) and install several programs: a cryptographic provider, the CryptoPro CSP Browser Plug-in 2.0, and root certificates.
Obtaining an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP)
To obtain an enhanced qualified electronic signature, contact an accredited certification authority. Please note: it is impossible to submit an application for entry into the register without a CES.
Cryptoprovider + Plugin
A program that encrypts user data required for authorization and a browser component that allows creating and verifying electronic signatures.
Root certificates
They contain information about the certification authority and allow verifying the authenticity of the electronic signature. Their installation is carried out according to the instructions.
Submitting an application

Flash drive
Insert the USB flash drive with your electronic signature into your computer.
Make sure that the crypto provider, CryptoPro CSP plugin, and root certificates are installed on the computer.

Authorization
Select your credentials and click the “Authorize” button in the bottom right corner.
If the details are not available, it means you have not installed or incorrectly installed the necessary programs, or forgot to insert the USB flash drive with the key.

Creating an application
After authorization and confirmation of your contact details, select the “Create application” menu item”

Information about the organization
Provision of information about an organization or individual entrepreneur.
They will be filled in automatically from your electronic signature.

Beneficiary information
Indication of information about the beneficial owner.
It is necessary to fill in the data: citizenship, gender, full name, date and place of birth, information about the identity document, as well as the INN (if available).

Mining addresses
Choose a mining option: independently or through a mining infrastructure operator.
When selecting an operator, please indicate their name and the addresses of all locations.
Done
The application is reviewed within 15 business days after submission.
